Naturopathic Doctor Krista Ingram, BSc, ND, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ont., in 2006. Prior to her naturopathic training, she graduated from the University of Victoria in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Dr. Ingram has a special interest in women’s health, specifically perimenopause and menopause, as well as sleep and energy issues, anxiety, depression, and digestive concerns.


Dr. Ingram uses homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle counselling to address her clients’ concerns. She emphasizes classical homeopathy in her practice, having completed extra advanced study in classical homeopathic prescribing and theory with Dr. Joe Kellerstein and Dr. Andre Saine. She also has a special interest in the relationship between mind, body, and spirit in our health.


Dr. Ingram believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that balance, in all aspects of life, is one of the keys to optimal health.


Dr. Ingram sits on the Board of Directors for the North Okanagan Youth and Family Services Society. Dr. Ingram is registered with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the British Columbia Naturopathic Association, and the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia.
